Studio policy

• 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions.

• 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes.

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• Grip socks are required for all classes and private sessions. No shoes allowed on the reformer.  If you forgot your socks, ToeSox and Tavi are sold at the studio.

• All packages, classes and sessions cannot be transferred or shared.

• If you are waitlisted for a class, please be prepared to come to class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer are able to make it to class. If you make it off the waitlist and it is within the 8 hour period before class starts, you are responsible for the class.

• All classes and packages have expiration dates. Dates cannot be extended.
• Please arrive on time so there is no disruption of class flow. If you are running late, please call or text the front desk and let them know how late you’ll be.
• If you are on a Monthly Membership class package, a $20 reservation fee will be charged for late cancelations (less than 12 hours before class start time) or no-shows.
• Must be 16+ to attend class. Please contact the studio if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session for a client under 16.
